What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship to you with Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Refer to our shipping cost and delivery guide above.
Can you ship to a PO box?
Yes, we can ship to any PO box address.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are pleased to offer free shipping in Australia and US only at this time.
Please note My Matcha Fix will not be held responsible for orders shipped with Economy Air or International Economy Air that do not reach their destination. These shipping options do not include tracking.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
Faulty or damaged product: My Matcha Fix will provide a replacement if your products arrive faulty or damaged. You must notify use within 7 days of receipt of goods for a replacement.
Unsatifised with product: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, My Matcha Fix will provide a full refund for the product, minus shipping costs and any customs or import fees. You must notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason. Any food product must be at least 75% unused when returned to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed by the same method that you made payment.
Change of mind: If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund, minus shipping costs and any customs or import fees. Any product must be unopened when returned to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed by the same method that you made payment.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we do not offer refunds for missing or returned orders with an incorrect address.
We cannot always guarantee your order will arrive within the expected delivery time due to shipping carrier and customs delays out of our control.
If your trackable order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
