When can I expect my order?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of placing your order. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's shipped.
Once it's in the safe hands of our shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control. Please refer to our guide below for estimated delivery times.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship to you with Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, My Matcha Fix ships worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
For international customers, our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs fees, taxes and duties. Any additional fees charged by each individual country are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Can you ship to a PO box?
Yes, we can ship to any PO box or parcel locker address.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free express shipping for orders over $70 within Australia.
Can I shop in my own currency?
You may use the currency converter on our website to view retail prices in select currencies with the latest exchange rate.
Please note all orders are transacted in AUD. Your credit card processor may charge a currency conversion fee. Exchange rates change daily so we cannot be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
All products, excluding samples, are subject to our Refund Policy below.
Faulty or damaged product: My Matcha Fix will provide a replacement if your products arrive faulty or damaged. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods for a replacement.
Unsatifised with product: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, My Matcha Fix will provide a full refund for the product, minus shipping costs and any customs or import fees. You must notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason. Any food product must be at least 75% unused when returned to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed by the same method that you made payment.
Change of mind: If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will provide a full refund, minus shipping costs and any customs or import fees. Any product must be unopened and unused when returned to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed by the same method that you made payment.
Refunds are made at the sole discretion of My Matcha Fix.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we do not offer refunds for missing or returned orders with an incorrect address.
We cannot always guarantee your order will arrive within the expected delivery time due to any shipping carrier and international customs delays out of our control.
If your order includes tracking and has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you with tracking it down.
Please note My Matcha Fix will not be held responsible for orders shipped with untracked shipping methods that do not reach their destination.
