Matcha Coconut Waffles


¾ cup oat flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tbsp My Matcha Fix certified organic matcha
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup


Begin by preheating your waffle iron. In a small bowl add the flours and powders. In a separate jug combine the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and combine. Cook in your waffle iron until golden brown. Enjoy with fresh berries, coconut yogurt and maple syrup!
