What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.

How much is shipping?

Australia

We offer FREE standard shipping (3-10 business days) and $9.95  for express shipping (1-5 business days) for all Australian orders.

United States

FREE for standard shipping without tracking and $14.95 for standard with tracking for all US orders (7-14 business days).

Rest of world

$14.95 standard shipping (7-14 business days) for all international orders (up to 4kg).

How do I use a promo code?

Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the field provided. Only one promo code may be applied per order.

When will my order be dispatched?

We have a postage and handling time of 1-2 business days. If you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.

How do I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order if you contact us as soon as possible. Contact support@mymatchafix.com and we can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Refund Policy

Can I return my order?

All sales of our matcha and teatox products are final and we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

What happens if I receive a faulty product?

If you receive a faulty product we will dispatch a replacement in 1-2 business days after the reported fault is confirmed. A refund may be offered under circumstances where there is a major fault with the product.
