Matcha Coconut Chia Pudding

Bored of your usual Greek yoghurt for breakfast? Switch things up and try chia pudding supercharged with matcha green tea. Just like yoghurt, chia pudding helps create a healthy environment in your gut. Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and minerals, filling your pudding with nutrients for optimal gut health and glowing hair, skin and nails.

Serves 2


1/4 cup chia seeds

1¼ cups almond milk

1/2 cup coconut milk

3 tsp matcha

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings: any fruits and berries of your choice


In a small bowl, add matcha. Add a little almond milk and whisk until smooth.

In a Mason jar or any container with a lid, add chia seeds, matcha mixture, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk and coconut milk. Whisk until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again. Cover jar with lid and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
