A delectably smooth milkshake with a hint of chocolate and a hit of caffeine from matcha. Enjoy as an Easter inspired treat or any time you have a milkshake craving.
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp matcha
drizzle of chocolate syrup
Blend ice cream, milk and matcha together. We recommend using an immersion blender in a tall cup, pulsed on low until smooth. If using a regular blender, blend on medium or high until smooth. In a tall milkshake or soda glass, drizzle the sides with chocolate syrup. Pour in milkshake and top with cacao nibs and extra matcha powder.
